Five years into cannabis legalization, how has Canada done against their objectives? 

With ambition in our minds and meaningful impact in our hearts, this legislation originally set out to protect public health and public safety, by providing access to a quality-controlled supply of cannabis, and by enhancing public awareness of the health risks associated with cannabis use. However, somewhere between ideation and implementation, education took a backseat.
